Privacy policy
Last updated 1 October 2026. This template policy explains how a med spa like Sun & Shine collects and uses personal information. Replace it with a policy reviewed for your own practice before going live.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name and contact details, along with the goals you share for your visit. When you browse, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your details to schedule and confirm visits and, only if you opt in, to send our newsletter. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to export or delete it at any time by emailing hello@sunandshinemedspa.com.
Terms of service
These template terms describe how booking and treatment packages work. Prices are confirmed at your consultation and again at checkout.
Cancellations & refunds
Please give us 24 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may carry a fee, and unused treatment packages can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Sun Club
Sun Club memberships renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled at any time. Unused credits roll over for 60 days and have no cash value.
Accessibility
We want every visitor to be able to book and browse Sun & Shine comfortably. This site is built to follow WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines: readable contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive alt text and reduced motion when your device asks for it.
Found something that doesn’t work for you? Email hello@sunandshinemedspa.com and we’ll reply within two working days.
